Deep Listening Dinners

Honoring Our Shared Humanity

In our Deep Listening Dinners, groups of six to ten people each dine together twice in home settings.

In these dinner groups we commit to listening deeply to each other so that we might discover and better understand our differences while also honoring our shared humanity.

By participating in dinners with people of diverse identities and perspectives we recognize diversity. We also recognize multiplicity in ourselves by telling our complex life experiences to each other. Sharing in two dinners with the same group, we further strengthen the fabric of our community as we get to know each other more deeply.

Upcoming dates:
At the church, September 13, and November 8
At people’s homes in July
