Congregational Life is responsible for a critical need at Fourth Presbyterian Church: creating a web to hold together a large and diverse congregation. By providing churchwide programming and small group fellowship, as well as by embodying a personal spirit of warm welcome, Congregational Life brings strangers together and strengthens existing bonds.
Each Sunday all are invited to stop by Coffee Hour for fellowship, conversation, and information about church programs and volunteer opportunities. More information about Coffee Hour and Coffee Hour sponsorship is available here.
Meets the first Thursday of every month
“Here’s looking at you, kid.” Do you know what influential movie this catch phrase is from? If not—you’re not alone. Join the new monthly club Classic Movies You’ve Never Seen! This event is aimed at cinephiles of all ages to share the fellowship of movies in the way they were meant to be seen: together.
Thursday, October 4
October's movie selection will be Mel Brooks' comedy classic “Young
Frankenstein”—a nearly shot by shot parody of the original 1931
Frankenstein movie. We will be meeting in Room 4F at 6:30 p.m.
Please bring a dessert to share with everyone if you can!
