Gala of Hope at Fourth Presbyterian Church

What began as a sock hop to support the Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being eventually grew into the Mission Benefit, then became Carnaval, and now is Gala of Hope. This festive annual gala, held early each year, supports the local mission outreach of Fourth Church—specifically the programs of Chicago Lights and the Replogle Center.

Gala of Hope offers opportunity to gather for a sit-down dinner and dessert, dance to the music of a live orchestra, and take part in live and silent auctions, all while both enjoying the fellowship of Fourth Church friends and also supporting the life-changing work of, among others, Chicago Lights Tutoring and Summer Day, Urban Farm, and the Elam Davies Social Service Center.

We hope to see you at the 2017 Gala of Hope!

Last Year’s Gala of Hope

At the Chicago Lights Gala of Hope 2016, more than 600 attendees enjoyed an evening of complimentary cocktails; live music and dancing to the sounds of the annual favorite, the Ken Arlen Orchestra; seated dinner and dessert; Mystery Wine Sale and Drawing; and silent and live auctions featuring unique experiences, getaways, entertainment, and more! The event raised over $652,000 for the six programs of Chicago Lights and the Replogle Center.

For fun photos of the evening, check out the Gala of Hope album on the Chicago Lights page on Facebook.
