Join us for meditation at the Replogle Center—whether for a “Sacred Pause” of twenty minutes on a Tuesday morning or one of our Tuesday evening meditaiton sessions.

In the midst of your busy life, take a few minutes on Tuesday morning to find some stillness and experience silence. Take a break from the relentless pace and stress of daily life.
You don't have to be an experienced meditator to attend, and you're free to use the silence of our Sacred Pause in any way you like. We have
resources to help you practice if you need help (poetry, readings, inspirational photography), but the format is simple and open: a greeting, a candle, a bell, twenty minutes of silence.
In the spiritual traditions of the West and the East, meditation is an essential way to make us fully present to God, to ourselves, and to creation. Christian contemplation is attuning ourselves to God's presence by simply being fully conscious in the present moment.
Whether you call it meditation or contemplation, you are welcome to join us for a Sacred Pause.
Sacred Pause is supported by a grant from the Trust for the Meditation Process, committed to supporting contemplative practice as it awakens us to the sacredness of all life and to the inner stillness that reveals God's presence in us.

Tuesday Evening Meditation: Silence in Community resumes October 3.
We will be offering a forty-five minute meditation beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. and ending at 7:45 p.m. (Those who wish only to meditate may leave at that time.) From 7:45 to 8:15 p.m., discussion of various topics will be offered followed by a social time from 8:15 to 8:30 p.m.
Please note that no one will be admitted once the meditation session has begun.
