Join us for meditation at the Replogle Center—whether for a “Sacred Pause” of twenty minutes on a Tuesday morning or one of our Tuesday evening meditaiton sessions.

In the midst of your busy life, take a few minutes on Tuesday morning to find some stillness and experience silence. Take a break from the relentless pace and stress of daily life.

You don't have to be an experienced meditator to attend, and you're free to use the silence of our Sacred Pause in any way you like. We have resources to help you practice if you need help (poetry, readings, inspirational photography), but the format is simple and open: a greeting, a candle, a bell, twenty minutes of silence.

In the spiritual traditions of the West and the East, meditation is an essential way to make us fully present to God, to ourselves, and to creation. Christian contemplation is attuning ourselves to God's presence by simply being fully conscious in the present moment.

Whether you call it meditation or contemplation, you are welcome to join us for a Sacred Pause.

Sacred Pause is supported by a grant from the Trust for the Meditation Process, committed to supporting contemplative practice as it awakens us to the sacredness of all life and to the inner stillness that reveals God's presence in us.

Introduction and Open Meditation Schedule

Whether you are looking to add meditation into your life or have been wanting to incorporate communal meditation into your own meditation practices, we invite you to join us for Tuesdays at Replogle!

Come join us on Tuesday evening for meditation at the Replogle Center for Counseling and Well-Being as together we use meditation as a pathway to greater spiritual, personal, and physical well-being.

Our Replogle Center program approaches meditation and mindfulness from a wide variety of techniques and traditions. In addition to our traditional meditation sessions, there are evenings of gong meditation, yoga nidra, Tibetan chanting and singing bowls, labyrinth walks, and spiritual movement. We believe that each of these has the potential to deepen and enhance our meditation experience.

At the Replogle Center we understand that life has enough demands without us making it harder for you. We therefore created a drop-in model for meditation at the Replogle Center so as to maximize flexibility:

  • Come as often or as little as you want.
  • There’s no need for advance registration.
  • All are welcome regardless of faith orientation or level of meditation experience.
  • If you prefer to leave in the quiet of the meditation moment, you can leave upon the conclusion of our meditating. Or if you prefer, stay and join us for a brief break followed by a time of discussion.

At Tuesdays at Replogle we believe that growth isn’t just about content. It is about community. Community heals. Each Tuesday when we come together, we create a safe place to meditate, explore various topics, and share our stories and our wisdom.

Open Meditation

    Session fee: $10 per person at the door

Join us for a thirty-minute meditation followed by a talk and opportunity to share. We have chairs and a few cushions, but feel free to bring your own.
