School Supply Drive
The annual School Supply Drive, sponsored by Women at Fourth, kicks off in July—and we need your help!
Join us as we collect school supplies and backpacks for children connected with the Chicago Lights Urban Farm, Summer Day, and Tutoring programs and whose families have difficulty buying the tools necessary for learning.
There are a variety of ways in which you can participate and help these children get their school year off to a good start:
- Donate supplies for the Chicago Lights Tutoring program serving 400 students A list of needed supplies is available here. Donations are due by Sunday, August 20.
- Help receive, sort, and distribute backpacks and supplies. A list of volunteer opportunities is available here.
We hope you'll join us as we help students start the school year prepared with all of the supplies they need to focus on learning!
