Thanksgiving

Interfaith Thanksgiving Service

Each year — typically on the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving — we gather with neighbors for an in-person Interfaith Thanksgiving Service, a time to share in lifting up songs and prayers of thanks. Congregations take turns hosting the service and also share music and worship leadership.

In 2024 we are delighted to host the service on Tuesday, November 26.

Chicago Sinai Congregation will provide the music, and a staff member of Holy Name Cathedral will preach.

Thanksgiving-themed
“Rhythm and Word”

While on Thanksgiving Day we do not gather in person for worship, we share a Thanksgiving-themed “Rhythm and Word” video that is released on our YouTube channel that morning.

When you or those with whom you may be gathering are looking for 10 minutes of spiritual reflection during which to pause to give thanks, we invite you to spend a few moments with “Rhythm and Word.”

You can receive the video by email by subscribing at www.bit.ly/rhythmandwordemail
